The Gold Web Development competency is primarily for partners who develop with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, Visual Studio Tools for Office, SQL Server, Windows Server 2008, BizTalk, Windows 7, and Microsoft Office 2010. This competency can only be given to partners with four unique MCPs who each hold the Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD): Web Developer 4 certification.
