Hillside, a beautiful hotel on the Isle of Wight, has just gone live with a new, user-friendly, SEO optimised website offering amongst other things, online booking, a blog and newsletters – further enriched with some enticing visuals from the fantastic surroundings. All this achieved using the open source CMS - Umbraco.

The new website captures the cosy atmosphere of the hotel and delivers it online to give site visitors a taste of what is in store during their stay.

The user-friendly site gives the site visitors the opportunity to make online reservations, sign up for the online newsletter and find out what’s happening in the area through the site’s social calendar. Not least, visitors can view the beautiful pictures of the hotel and its surroundings as well as see the current weather through the integrated weather forecast.

The Umbraco CMS enables the web editor to easily and intuitively edit content, upload pictures, create menus and send newsletters without the need for further technical help.
