Together with Kristian Samuel-Camps, Head of Digital Customer Experience at The AA, our Sitecore Digital Strategist MVP, Matt Tilbury, gave a talk on digital strategy planning and the advantages of using personalisation. We also held a jam session, which focused on using personas to reveal the digital desires and intents of customers. We would like to say thank you to all the delegates that we spoke to and those that attended our sessions.
