Together with Kristian Samuel-Camps, head of digital customer experience at The AA, our Sitecore Digital Strategist MVP, Matt Tilbury, gave a talk on digital strategy planning and the advantages of using personalisation.
We also held a jam session, which focused on using personas to reveal the digital desires and intents of customers.
