Sitecore is a Web Content Management System (WCMS) that over the years has become a big hitter. Even with its previous versions it was always pushing the boundaries of the customer experience. Today's no different.

Over the past few years Sitecore has become a billion-pound business. Key acquisitions of Moosend, Reflektion, Four51 and Boxever have positioned it as a world leading WCMS.

We've been lucky enough to be working with Sitecore for over a while now. Over 15 years, actually. We were also the first partners in the UK.

From those early days in Philpot Lane, we've seen Sitecore evolve into the all signing, all dancing platform it is today. A powerful ecosystem that caters for pretty much everything an enterprise sized business would need.

During that time we too have evolved, amassing knowledge and experience that allows us to build exceptional websites for our customers.

Every year we look forward to newer and better versions of the platform. And 2022 is looking like it's going to be a very good year for Sitecore. But is it the best so far?

New Sitecore offerings in 2022 (and beyond?)

It takes a lot of dev time, expert knowledge and research to create something new. But that's what Sitecore’s done with its Composable Digital Experience Platform (DXP), the perfect bit of kit for businesses.

We won't go into too much detail about the Composable DXP, but suffice to say it allows businesses to 'bolt-on' modular products onto Sitecore DXP to build the perfect solution. You can find out more about it here.

At the tail end of 2021 the Composable DXP was doing the rounds, and with it a raft of applications for developers, content editors and marketers that will be available over the course of 2022 and beyond. Below are the highlights:

We’re already working on some exciting Composable DXP projects and are really looking forward to diving into more goodies as and when they’re released.
