Technology alone isn't the answer. But, carefully directed strategies that combine considerate human-centred design, with the best of what the immense and continually evolving capabilities of the internet can enable are our best chance of making a positive contribution in the world.
Codehouse works with large and fast-growing organisations to shape the direction of their Digital Product Strategy. Colloquially, we call this setting a ‘North Star’ (and in our Sydney Office, a ‘Southern Cross’). With our customers, we align all web and digital efforts towards enabling the organisation to best deliver on its value promise to its customers and stakeholders.

Our approach to digital product strategy
We go back to basics. We go back to first principles.
Why does your organisation exist? If it didn’t exist, what about your organisation would your customers miss? That's your USP. We bottle that essence. Then ask, how can we deliver that value through digital products and services? If you're already doing this in some way – then what’s the “delta”? How can we get to truly awesome?
We do it collaboratively with you and your team. Whether face-to-face or through virtual workshops.
Through a set of collaborative, engaging workshops we orientate towards your organisation’s ‘North Star’. And together we envision a roadmap for how we can get there.
The ‘North Star’ and digital product roadmap are set in living and breathing documents that we will continually refer back to over time. We define how we will know if we’re on the right path. That means knowing what data, both qualitative and quantitative that we need to capture. Then we make sure we have the right processes and tracking in place to make sure we are set up to monitor our progress.
What comes next? Well, like any long and worthwhile journey, we start by taking our first small steps. Often that is running a Design Sprint and we work towards building our first Minimum Viable Product.
