  • Efficiently manage the team workload and regularly review timesheet reports to ensure time is logged accurately, using the company reporting system.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate all training and support that team members require, internally through knowledge share, mentoring and externally through partners.
  • Continuously review and adapt the induction process to ensure new team members are brought up to speed with the standards and technologies used.

  • Contribute regularly to discussions and reviews of our internal processes in order to ensure delivery optimisation and increase efficiency across the company.
  • Efficiently communicate across specialisms to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Be available as a formal/informal first point of contact for resolution of employee-relations disputes/conflicts, escalating only when required, for discussion points from colleagues.
  • Monitor operational issues such as colleague overtime, problematic absence levels and efficiency bringing concerns to the Head of Development or Head of Frontend Development.
  • Contribute actively to the maintenance of an open and honest working environment by promoting constructive criticism, feedback, frequent transparent dialogue and, where appropriate, confidentiality.
